As part of our cadetship program, you will gain structured training, real-world vessel experience, and mentorship from seasoned officers to prepare you for future licensure and advancement in the maritime industry.
We are looking for individuals who can work effectively in a team, follow operational protocols with precision, and maintain professionalism both on and off duty. A proactive mindset, willingness to take initiative, and respect for maritime hierarchy and safety culture are essential traits for success in this role.
Requirements:
- Filipino Citizen
- Completed Academic Requirements – BS Maritime Transportation
- At least 5’4″ in height
- Complete documentary requirements – SRB/SID, E-registration, passport, STCW 2010, COC and COP from MARINA
- Physically and mentally fit
Completed Cadet Training in domestic TOMA-affiliated shipping companies is an advantage
